Mostly character driven, but as the gm I'll be posting things to make it all happen?
Like when clients come and assignments are happening I'll handle that.

I got a couple of other questions, if I may? How does the programmer "reset" or "program" the nobodies and did he create the device that does it or the way that it is achieved?

The nobodies are sort of hooked up by wires to their brain to a machine, and he pretty much takes their memories and stores them on a disk. Mostly he takes the memory they badly want to forget, and makes it so other memories are harder to recall. In the blank state, everyone is content with where and who they are, so they don't even try to think of the past basically.
He created the machine, and he tells the basic idea of it to the other staff, but only really teaches people who are becoming programmers.
